This prefabricated insulating steam heat pipe adopts integrated "pipe-in-pipe" manufacturing technology finished inside workshop, instead of on-site manual insulation construction. The inner working steel pipe can select spiral welded steel pipe, seamless steel pipe according to project pressure parameters. Intermediate rigid polyurethane foam serves as thermal-insulation medium with low thermal conductivity and high closed-cell ratio. High-density polyethylene or steel-jacket outer casing shields internal layers against underground water penetration and mechanical impact.

The whole set complies with GB/T 29047-2021, DIN30670 and related industry standards. It supports direct underground burial installation, effectively reducing site construction workload and shortening project cycle. Customizable insulation thickness, outer-jacket material and anti-corrosion treatment are available for different soil condition, buried depth and steam temperature requirements. Our service includes technical drawing confirmation, factory pre-production sample inspection, third-party test support and shipment technical documents supply.

Working Steel Pipe Layer

Spiral submerged-arc welded steel pipe, straight-seam welded pipe or seamless carbon-steel pipe; shot-blasting rust-removal pretreatment for outer surface to boost bonding performance with insulation layer, various diameter & wall-thickness options available.

 
 

Polyurethane Foam Insulation Layer

High-density rigid closed-cell polyurethane foam injected under high pressure. Low thermal conductivity, excellent heat preservation, low water absorption, preventing steam heat dissipation outward.

 
 

Outer Protective Jacket

HDPE high-density polyethylene casing or steel-jacketed steel pipe. Anti-aging, waterproof and impact-resistant, isolating underground soil, ground water and corrosive medium from internal insulation parts.

 
 

Auxiliary Anti-corrosion Accessories

Anti-corrosion coating on steel pipe outer surface, sealing protective caps for pipe ends, matched pre-insulated pipe fittings including elbows, tees and reducers for complete pipeline network connection.

 

 

Quality Control Standard

Raw Material Incoming Inspection

All steel base pipes, polyurethane raw materials and HDPE jacket materials are inspected upon arrival. Reject unqualified raw materials before entering production line. Base steel pipes trace to large domestic steel mills such as Baosteel and Tianjin Iron & Steel.

In-process Production Monitoring

Supervise steel-pipe surface treatment, high-pressure foaming, casing assembly procedures. Record each batch production parameters for traceability.

Physical-performance Laboratory Test

Test foam density, thermal conductivity, closed-cell ratio, compressive strength and water-absorption rate of finished pipes, to guarantee insulation performance meets design indicators.

Finished-product Dimension & Appearance Check

Verify outer diameter, wall-thickness, insulation-layer thickness and surface defect inspection.
