1. Pre-sales service: We provide professional explanations of steel pipe materials (such as Q235B, L245), specifications (diameter, wall thickness, length), and applicable standards (GB/T, ASTM, SY). Through on-site inspections or consultations, we clarify the customer's application (such as building structures, fluid transportation), budget, and delivery time.


2. During the sales process, we refine the contract to specify technical parameters (such as ± tolerances) and acceptance methods (ultrasonic testing or hydrostatic testing). We regularly send production progress photos/videos and provide tracking links such as truck license plates and driver contact information to ensure visibility of production and logistics.


3. After-sales service: We provide a rapid response mechanism, dispatching technicians to provide on-site guidance on lifting and stacking (e.g., avoiding open-air storage of galvanized pipes). We provide solutions to any quality issues on the same day (such as replacement or return to the factory for repair). We also regularly visit and record any corrosion on the pipes.
