Production Process of Anti Corrosion Steel Pipe
Extrusion method
Process description: The extrusion method is to place the heated tube blank in a closed extrusion cylinder, and the perforating rod moves together with the extrusion rod to extrude the extruded piece from a smaller die-hole, thereby obtaining a steel pipe of the required specifications.
Cold drawing method
Process description: The cold drawing method is to use a cold drawing machine to pull the steel pipe material out of the steel billet at room temperature, and gradually reduce the diameter and wall thickness of the steel pipe through multiple cold drawing passes to achieve the required size and accuracy.
