Steel strip is rolled into helical tubular blank at fixed forming angle, then welded by double-sided submerged-arc welding process to form continuous spiral weld seam. Outer diameter covers 219-3600 mm, wall thickness 6-40 mm, single pipe length can be 6-12 m or customized length.
Multiple steel grades are available including Q235B, Q345B, API 5L B, X42-X70 pipeline steel. Strict non-destructive testing including ultrasonic inspection, X-ray detection and hydrostatic test are executed for weld quality control. Surface anti-corrosion treatments such as 3PE, FBE, cement-mortar lining can be processed upon project requirements. Bare-pipe packing
Ordinary metal spiral tube is delivered in bare status. Pipe ends are protected by plastic end caps to prevent collision damage to pipe mouth and thread.

Anti-corrosion finished pipes
Wrap pipe surface with protective film; adopt nylon belts for bundling to avoid scratch on anti-corrosion coating during handling and transportation.

Loading mode
Small-size pipes are bundled; large-diameter heavy-duty pipes are loaded loosely in bulk inside container or bulk cargo vessel. Reasonable cushion measures are added to avoid rolling and collision.
